How RSPCA resolves complaints?
If you are a RSPCA customer and have registered a complaint related to RSPCA services. After making complaint, you will receive an acknowledge receipt within five working days by the complaints coordinator.
The RSPCA complaints department will ensure your complaint is investigated and resolved correctly and reply to you within 28 working days by providing a full explanation or if more time is needed to resolve the complaint.
